I’m honoured to be given the chance to express my views through paper presentations in various seminars, meetings, discussions especially related to science, palm oil and the environment. In this section, I would like to share with you some of the papers that were presented with hope that it can be of great benefit to you, and more importantly clear up all the misconceptions on palm oil.

3.		Trans Free Smart Choices Begins with Palm Oil \| File Type : PDF \| Size : 3 MB
		A recent report by the USDA ARS (April 2009) suggested palm oil is not a healthy stand-in for trans fatty acids. It is unfortunate that this conclusion was based on a single study. There is scientific evidence from a number of human studies supporting the fact that blood lipid and lipoprotein outcomes are significantly beneficial on a palm based diet compared to trans fats.
